"ADHD was my what —
not my why."

I was diagnosed at fourteen. My mom was diagnosed in college. I spent years cycling through modes I didn't have names for — wired and unproductive, exhausted but unable to rest, starting everything and finishing nothing.

I didn't read about this in a study. I lived it — every state, every crash, every cycle — until I understood it well enough to name it. Boost. Control. Restore. I built the framework I needed before anyone could hand it to me. The diagnosis is where my story starts. My why is people feeling connected within themselves — knowing what state they're in, and trusting what they find there. Now I'm building the rest — the framework and the companion — so the next person doesn't have to figure it out alone.
